Refunds

Allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Retain your proof of postage to expedite refunds in rare cases of lost or delayed returns.

We aim to process your order within 1 working day – our warehouse teams do not operate during the weekends.

Our cut-off time is 1PM, any orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following day.

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. Please refer to the table below for destinations and shipping costs. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or P.O. Boxes. Delivery times are estimated from the shipping date and are subject to factors like weather and postal congestion. Shipping prices will be displayed at checkout.

Customs and delays

Shipments to countries outside of the EU may encounter strict customs controls, potentially leading to delays. You might be contacted by our courier or customs clearance broker for import authorisation. Failure to provide authorisation may result in import duties or other fees. It's advisable to contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation via email with a tracking number and a link to trace your items. Please check your spam folder if you can't find the email.

If you encounter any tracking issues, don't hesitate to reach out.

 

Order not received yet

We apologise for any delays. To check your order's status, log in to your Tech21 account or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you remain uncertain about your order's location, please contact us with your name, email address, and order number, and we'll assist promptly.

 

Received incorrect item

We're sorry for the mix-up. Contact us with your name, email address, and order number, and we'll work to resolve the issue. You won't incur any costs for returning the incorrect item.

 

Used incorrect address at checkout

Unfortunately, because our systems are highly automated, we cannot edit an address once your order has been placed. We can try to intercept the parcel once we are made aware of the problem. If this is not possible, It then depends on the courier and if they can work out the correct address from the details you have provided. If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, this will most likely be returned to sender. Once we can see via the tracking link that the parcel is being 'returned to sender', we will be able to issue a refund on the products but not the postage. Please note - Tech21 cannot be held liable for any incorrect information entered upon placing an order.
